Leaving Lewa
Published Thursday, March 23, 2006 by Ms. Russell | E-mail this post

March 23. Today we said goodbye to Joseph, the staff at Lewa, and every zebra we passed along the way to the Lewa airstrip. There we were reunited with the other half of our team for the short flight back to Nairobi. We spent our last afternoon shopping and sitting by the pool, comparing experiences and stories with our teammates. We will all go to the airport together tonight, and then go our separate ways when we reach London.
Although this is my last entry from Africa, I still have a few more things to tell you about. It will be easier to do that from home⦠when I finally get there! And I have lots of pictures to upload as well. So stay tuned!
